The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal forwarded by respondent no. 4 to respondent no. 2 for minor modification under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 is pending since 12.01.2009. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

If the proposal submitted by respondent no. 4 to respondent no. 2 for minor modification (Exhibit A, Page No. 19) is pending with respondents no. 1 and 2 then respondents no. 1 and 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
