Heard both the sides at length. By the present application the applicants prays for condonation of delay of 575 days caused while bringing the legal heirs of deceased-respondent no.1 on record as well as setting aside the abatement. For the reasons stated in the application the delay of 575 days caused in bringing the legal heirs of deceased-respondent no.1 is hereby condoned. The Abatement is set aside. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from today.
