1) The application is filed for grant of leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal given in Regular Criminal Case No.12/2005 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Dhadgaon, District Nandurbar. The case was filed by police or offences punishable under sections 468, 408, 477-A etc. of Indian Penal Code.

2 Application 2499 of 2015 2) In view of provisions of sections 372 and 378(2) of Criminal Procedure Code this Court holds that the appeal would lie in Sessions Court and not in this Court. 3) The applications are disposed of as not tenable with liberty to take appropriate steps.
