Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent No.4 has not released salary of the petitioners from 1.1.2015. The Education Officer (Primary) has already intimated the respondent No.4 that till further guidance is received from the State, regular salary should be paid to the permanent employees. 2.

We have heard Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The communication at page 82, makes it clear that the Education Officer has directed respondent No.4 to make payment

wp5796.15 -2regularly till guidance is received from the Government. Nothing is placed on record that the Government has communicated in any contrary manner. In the light of that, respondent No.4 shall make payment of the petitioners, after verifying the same, regularly, including the arrears within three months.
