6th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The petitioner has tendered an application on 17.1.2018 during continuance of this petition requesting the respondents to reconsider his claim in the light of Circular and the policy of respondent No.2 dated 27.5.2015.

2) In the reply filed by the respondent No.2, it is stated that the application tendered by the petitioner on 17.1.2018 is under active consideration of the respondent No.2 and it is further stated that the application tendered by the petitioner would be dealt with in accordance

{2} 931 - WP 5041 of 2016 with policy framed by the respondent No.2 and appropriate orders would be passed.

3) In view of the statement made in the affidavit presented on behalf of the respondent No.2, at present no orders are required to be issued in the instant petition.

4) The respondent No.2 shall take decision in pursuance to the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.1.2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from today and it is accordingly directed.

5) In the event of occurrence of any cause, it would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law including approaching to this Court.

6) In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of.
