The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment of six months and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/-, in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for ten
(10) days. He also convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for six months, respectively.

The appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in near future. In the fitness of things, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended pending the appeal. The applicant be released on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond in the like amount.
