According to petitioner, the property has been taken in possession in the year 1971 for construction of minor irrigation tank. Since 1971, for about 45 years, the petitioner does not appear to have taken any concrete step and has not agitated the issue. In view of judgment of Supreme Court in the matter of State of Maharashtra Vs. Digambar reported in (1995) 4 Supreme Court Cases 683, no interference is called for in the instant petition.
