We direct respondent no.2 to take decision on the representations filed by the present petitioner after hearing the petitioner as also respondent no.5 - Intervenor i.e. husband of the petitioner, on their own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner and respondent no.5 - Intervenor i.e. husband of the petitioner.
