Considering the nature of the claim made in the petition notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.

The case of the petitioners that in pending proceedings being Miscellaneous Application No.23/2022, the petitioners have no objection in condoning the delay. It is claimed that the petitioners are the only non-applicants in the said proceedings. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners all non-applicants in the said proceedings have given no objections for condonation of delay.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to direct the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune to decide the Miscellaneous Application No.23/2022 wherein prayer is only to the extent of delay condonation within a period of four weeks from the said date.

The aforesaid order is passed keeping in mind the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that adinterim stay is in operation in the aforesaid proceedings against the petitioners.
