Both the learned counsels states that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably. The settlement amount is being paid to the Respondent No.2/wife by way of Demand Draft. Even it has been submitted across the bar that, the marriage has already been dissolved by mutual consent. By virtue of that, we pass following order :

ORDER

A) The F.I.R bearing Crime No.30 of 2017 for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of I.P.C and Regular Criminal Case No. 248 of 2018 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule, Taluka and District Dhule is hereby quashed and setaside.
