The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the scrutiny committee. The petitioners have passed their 12th standard examination and they have to appear for NEET exam to be conducted in the month of September 2020. The learned
2 940-wpst 13297-2020+.odt counsel further submits that in Writ Petition No. 13297 of 2020 the vigilance is conducted. The committee has invalidated the tribe claim. The petitioner has approached the Hon'ble High Court. The Hon' ble High Court set aside the order of the committee and remitted the matter back to the committee. The committee be directed to decide the proceedings within a period of fifteen (15) days. 2.
We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleaders in respective matters.

Considering the fact that, the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission in the professional course, we pass the following order. 4.
The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably by the end of September 2020. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 24.08.2020. 5.
Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
