The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that, if the Petitioner deposits the requisite measurement fees with Respondent No.2/Superintendent of Land Records, Newasa, as is prescribed by the said Authority, a measurement would be carried out in the presence of all the stakeholders by issuing a notice for measurement.

The Petitioner is satisfied. The Petitioner submits that the amount shall be deposited after Respondent No.2 prescribes/quantifies the charges for measurement.

In view of the above, the Petitioner shall approach Respondent No.2 with an application for seeking measurement. Respondent No.2 would consider the said application and taking into account the stakeholders involved and the parcels of land, would assess the amount/charges towards measurement. Once such charges are prescribed, the Petitioner shall deposit the same within 15 days. After the charges are deposited, Respondent No.2 would issue notices giving seven days to all the stakeholders and carry out the measurement. Despite notice, if any party remains absent, no grievance on any count would be raised. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
