Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, on 3.1.2014 in pending R.D. No.34/2014 particularly in view of clause 'C' of the compromise the legal heirs of claimant no.4/respondent no.4 in First appeal surrendered his rights in respect of the compensation awarded in LAR no.30/2001 in favour of the present applicants. In view of the same, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
