A motion is being made for extension of period to make deposit referring to various circumstances under which the time stipulation for making deposit of amount as directed under order dated 5th January, 2018 could not be abided by. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the amount is now ready with the applicant and even a demand draft has also been prepared.

Learned advocate for the respondents does not have any

As such, period to make deposit of amount pursuant to order dated 5th January, 2018 stands extended to 15th May, 2018.
