We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners on 10.07.2023. On his request, a pass over was granted. Today, the learned Advocate submits on instructions that the Petitioners would prefer an appeal as is stated by the District Supdt. of Land Records, Jalna in his order dated 29.09.2022. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Petitioners are at liberty to avail of the said remedy. If the issue of delay occurs, the time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from khs/July 2023/6970
