The applicant seeks to withdraw amount of Rs.22,17,221/- deposited by the respondent/acquiring body. The acquiring body has deposited 60% of the amount with accrued interest in pursuance of the earlier orders. 2.

My attention is adverted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in a similarly situated matters, the claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount with accrued interest. I find no difficulty in adopting the same course. 3.

Civil application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to withdraw 60% of the amount along with accrued

Civil application is disposed of accordingly. First Appeal 5.
