The learned Counsel for the petitioner makes an oral prayer so as to substitute the word "Nanded" by "Latur" in the prayer clause (B). Leave to correct prayer clause granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has preferred representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur on 17th May, 2016. He makes an oral prayer so as to incorporate a prayer in the petition seeking directions to the said authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision.

Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be

We direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur to look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 17th May, 2016 and after hearing the petitioner and summoning the record in relation to the case of the petitioner from the office of the Block Development Officer, Udgir, take an appropriate decision on his representation, as expeditiously as possible; however, within three months from today. The petitioner to approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur in his office at 11 a.m.

The petition stands disposed of on the above terms.

The learned AGP assures this Court that this order will be communicated to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur through the office of the Government Pleader. 6.
