This motion is for speaking to minutes to the order dated 29th April, 2025. It is submitted that there needs a clarification in respect of name of applicant No. 1, which is shown in the application as Abbas @ Abasaheb Sanjay Bansode for which the applicants are unable to receive the amount.

Though in the civil application as well as judgment of the Tribunal applicant No. 1 is recorded to be Abbas, the documents on record indicate that he is Abasaheb.
