The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, respondent Nos. 1 and 3 were the Trustees of the Trust which is already party respondent. According to him, the other Trustees are on record. As such, the applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent Nos.1 & 3 forthwith. 2.

Heard rival submissions.

The application is for setting-aside order dated 20.04.2023, whereby registration of their Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.8175 of 2023 was refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within

(2) 907 CA-4690-2024.odt two weeks. However, there is huge delay of 346 days. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 20.04.2023 stands recalled and the Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 8175 of 2023 be restored for removal of all the office objections within two weeks, subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) to be deposited with the High Court Registry, Aurangabad for utilization of Dispensary of High Court. Aurangabad.
