This application is for condonation of delay of 3363 days caued in filing the first appeal. The applicant has lost his land in the acquisition proceeding. The appeal is for enhancement of compensation amount. Considering the same, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned, subject to deposit of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) to be paid to High Court Dispensary. It is made clear that in case the appeal is allowed, the applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest for the delayed period on the ehanced amount. Subject the aforesaid condition, the first appeal be registered.
