Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing the parties, they reconcile to a position under which an arrangement can be worked out since it appears to be position that in one of the two suits, trial is almost complete and only arguments are to be advanced and the other suit is in the middle of trial.

As such, in the suit which is in the middle of trial, further proceedings to go on expeditiously and be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

WP-5700.16.doc Hearing of the other suit wherein trial is almost on the verge of completion, may also take place and after hearing in the the suit which is in the middle of trial, takes place, decisions in both the suits be rendered on the same day.
