The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking no objection certificate for inter District transfer is pending with respondent No.2. The same is pending since September, 2019. 2.

In case, the proposal of the petitioner seeking no objection certificate for inter District transfer (page No.28) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
