Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the respondents have paid almost 50% of the amount that is Rs.1,80,000/- to the petitioner towards the attendant allowance and motorcycle traveling allowance. For the remaining the proposal is submitted to the Government. As and when the same is sanctioned, the payment will be made to the petitioner.

The respondents shall endevour to make the payment expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

In light of that, the petition stands disposed of. If there is dispute with regard to the quantum, the petitioner shall make representation to the respondents and same shall be considered by the respondents. No costs.
