Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent-State.

The petitioner has challenged a common judgment and order to his extent, whereby, validity was refused to the petitioner and other persons from his family.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner relied upon the order passed by this Court dated 29th April 2025 in Writ Petition No.5686 of 2025, order dated 16th October 2025 in Writ Petition No. 3558 of 2025, wherein, this Court has allowed the claim and granted validity to other persons of the family namely, Mukesh, Amol, Styawan, Suraj and Samadhan. Learned advocate for the

2 1020(1).WP.6130.25.odt petitioner also relies on the order passed by this Court in the order dated 17th November 2025 in Writ Petition No.6088 of 2025 in respect of his cousin brothers.

This Court finds that all the persons whose writ petitions were allowed and the present petition they are belonging to the same family. Considering that, this Court has already held claim to be valid in cases of other persons, there is no reason as to why the claim of the petitioner should not be held to be valid. In view of this, this Court is inclined to allow the writ petition. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Writ petition stands allowed.

(ii) The petitioner shall be issued with a certificate of validity which shall be coterminous with the validities in the family which the Committee has decided to re-open.

(iii) The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities. (iv) With this, writ petition stands disposed off. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.) (KISHORE C. SANT, J.) habeeb/
