The learned Advocate for the PIL Petitioners does not have any objection to implead the applicants. The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Applicants have also filed two Writ Petitions bearing Nos. 6971 of 2023 and 15571 of 2023. All the learned Advocates are united in submitting that these two Petitions should be heard along with this PIL.

In the light of this statement, the Civil application is allowed. Addition of the applicants as respondents in the PIL, be carried out. 3.

The learned Advocate Shri Deshmukh appears on behalf of the added respondents.

The learned Advocate for the PIL Petitioners submits that Respondent No.5 may be deleted, as Respondent No.9 has now been added. The request is accepted. Deletion of Respondent No.5 be carried out and Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 be renumbered as Respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

Deletion/amendment be carried out within two weeks. 6.

Mr. Urgunde, the learned Advocate, causes appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 and 8. The service of notice is complete. 7.
