By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the inclusion of the name of respondent Nos.1 to 241 members who are not before the court. Though their names were included by the Officer there was stay granted to include their names in the voters list in the election of Veej Tantrik Kamgar Sahakari Patsanstha by order dated 21-04-2023.

Mr. Dighe, advocate for respondent Nos.2 now

(2) wp4734.23 placed on record that pursuant to election program elections were declared. The candidates have been elected on the posts and result is also declared by order dated 05-06-2023. He thus, submits that now the petition has become infructuous. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner also accepts the position.

In view of the same, the petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
