We cannot consider the grievance of petitioners after 42 years. According to the petitioners, the petitioners are in possession of the land. No award is placed on record. In absence of any award and that the petitioners are in possession of the land as contended by the petitioners, the grievance of the petitioners cannot be entertained.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

In case the petitioners confirm that the award is passed,
