1] The concurrent findings are recorded by the authorities below against the petitioners while passing the impugned orders. In Writ Petition No.1558/2023, the petitioner'

s father and mother is held to have encroached upon the Government land and the petitioner is residing

1558.23WP+ along with his father and mother on the said property and in Writ Petition No.1559/2023, the petitioner's father-inlaw and mother-in-law is held to have encroached upon the Government land and the petitioner is residing with her father-in-law and mother-in-law on the said property. 2] The Authorities below has examined the village property record and also the spot inspection record and ration card of the petitioner's family and has held that the family of the petitioner is staying jointly in the encroached property. On examination of the evidence on record, the concurrent findings of fact cannot be disturbed as the same is based on the evidence on record.

3] In view of the same, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
