Heard. This application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 2 - Lalasaheb Sambhaji Bhore on record. The legal representatives are shown as proposed respondent Nos. 2A to 2E. Deceased died on 26.3.2020. There is delay of 702 days in filing this application. Mr. N.J. Patil, learned advocate informs that he has alreday filed Vakalatnama on behalf of proposed respondent Nos. 2A to 2E and has also filed application for withdrawal of amount. 2.

Considering above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of by condoning the delay of 702 days caused in filing the application.
