Mr Deshpande, learned counsel submits that, small area of land i.e. 32R was acquired. Even the applicant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the compensation.

Mr Surwase, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the exorbitant amount of compensation has been awarded. 3.

It appears that the enhanced amount is Rs. 80,770/- including interest.

Considering the above, I pass the following order.

ORDER

The applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant, on furnishing solvent surety / surety of the like amount.
