The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature the respondent No. 3 to 5 may kindly be directed to pay the increments since 2009 and fix the pay as per 7th Pay commission and pay the salary and arrears of salary as per 7th pay commission within a stipulated period to the petitioner." 2.

Since we find that the request of the petitioner for arrears and pay fixation can be considered by respondent No.4 by following the due procedure laid down in law, this petition is disposed off.

Let respondent No.4 deal with the request of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 10/10/2022.
