This is an application for condonation of delay of 571 days caused in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 14.05.2018 passed by MACT, Kopargaon in MACP No. 31/2016, whereby applicants' claim for compensation under section 166 of the M. V. Act has been dismissed.
