Heard Mr.Dande, learned AGP for the applicant State and Mr.Patne, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

This is an application for condonation of 835 days delay caused in filing the present First Appeals. Mr. Dande, learned AGP submits that the above mentioned delay is caused due to procedural aspects to be 1/2
42-delay.odt followed by the appellant while presenting the appeals and due to administrative difficulties. Other side has no objection to condone the delay.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay stands condoned. Civil Applications for condonation of delay are accordingly disposed of.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Patne, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondents/claimants.
