Present petition is filed for directions to respondent nos.2 and 3 to grant approval to the appointments of the petitioners as Higher Secondary Teachers from the date of their initial appointments i.e. 27.7.2015 & 21.7.2014 and consequential prayer was made.

By filing civil application no.4642 of 2024 petitioner no.2 has prayed for directions to respondents to implement the order dated 16.4.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Minister in appeal, thereby the fact has been brought on record that in the appeal filed by the present petitioners, the Hon'ble Minister has decided status and grievance of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioners makes a statement that appeal filed by petitioner no.1 - Anant s/o Kondiba Khandade is still pending before the Hon'ble Minister. 4.

In similarly situated matter i.e. writ petition no.3804 of 2024 decided on 16.4.2024 this Court has given directions. Similarly, now in view of the fact that already the Hon'ble Minister, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department has the passed order on 13.4.2023 which was in favour of the petitioner, the question is only in respect of implementation of the same.

Learned AGP, after waiting notice for respondent nos.1 to 4 had made statement in writ petition no.3804 of 2024 that implementation would be done within a period fo three weeks. 6.

Taking into consideration the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister, which can be said to have been attained finality, now the implementation has to be done in view of the statement made in respect of petitioner no.2 only. The steps those are required for implementation of the said order dated 13.4.2023 be undertaken within a period of three (3) weeks from today by respondents no.1 to 4 in respect of petitioner no.2-Yogesh Jangalrao Jadhavar.

We hope and trust that the Hon'ble Minister, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department would decide the appeal of the petitioner no.1-Anant s/o Kondiba Khandade as early as possible. Accordingly, Writ Petition and Civil application stand disposed off.
