Applicants are seeking intervention in the present first appeal. This court has already passed order considering the settlement arrived at in R.C.S. No. 16 of 2023 permitting the claimants including present applicants to receive the amount. 2.

As per the settlement between the parties present applicants are entitled to receive the amount. They are entitled to participate in the first appeal. They shall be added as respondent Nos. 1-E and 1-F respectively.

It is made clear that applicants were not parties in the

2 14 ca 7441.23 Reference Court. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that his clients are not interested in remand of the matter. They are ready to workout the matter on the basis of material available before the Court.

The civil application is allowed by permitting the applicants to intervene by impleading them as respondent Nos. 1E- and 1-F respectively in the first appeal. They are permitted to participate in the first appeal to the limited extent referred above. The civil application is disposed of. 5.

Parties shall carry out necessary amendment in the first appeal. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
