The present application is seeking leave to amend on the ground that subsequently orders are passed, prejudicial to the petitioner.

Even otherwise, the non-applicants will have every right to controvert the averments introduced through amendment. In view of that, the Civil Application is allowed to the extent of granting leave to amend. The Civil Application is disposed of.
