The grievance of the petitioner is that, even though he has made application seeking rental compensation with the respondents in February 2015, the same is not yet decided. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, in case the same is still pending, the authority would decide the same in accordance with the provisions of law.

In case application filed by the petitioner for rental compensation is pending with the respondent/authority, then the respondent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law and as per the policy after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
