Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher (Page No. 25-A) is pending with respondent no. 3. The same is not yet decided.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and submits that in case the proposal is pending the authority will decide it on its own merits.

In case the proposal (Page No. 25-A) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months.
