This application is filed for restoration of the appeal where the registration is refused by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by a conditional order dated 27.09.2022. 2.

It was directed to remove the office objections within two weeks. In case of failure, appeals were to be dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.

The learned Advocate submits that since the registration was refused, no notice is required to be issued. He submits that the objection was in respect of certain documents. Inspite of efforts the applicant did not immediately got the documents from the authorities. Now they have received the documents which are required to be filed. He undertakes to file documents on record within 2 weeks from today. 4.

In view of the same following order is passed :

ORDER

a) The application stands allowed and disposed off.

b) Delay of 574 days stands condoned.

c) First Appeal (Stamp) No. 20061 of 2022 and CAST No. 20063 of 2022 stands restored to its original position.
