The grievance of the petitioners is that Respondent Nos. 5 to 10 have illegally removed the Water Outlet No. 10 (Chari No. 10) of Mula Irrigation Department and as such are not in a position to irrigate their agricultural land.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is restricting the present petition to the extent of their application dated

( 2 ) wp 8561.18 09.10.2014 (Exhibit 'A' Page No. 16).

The learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 4.

In case, the application/representation (Exhibit 'A' Page No. 16) is pending with Respondent No. 3 and if the Respondent No. 3 is competent to decide it, then Respondent No. 3 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
