The petitioner is aggrieved by his pending proceedings before respondent No. 4 under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, with relation to the correction in the 7/12 extracts.

We would not have entertained this petition since the application is fled on 25th February, 2022. However, since the

- 2 - wp6651.22.odt petitioner submits that a notice to all the parties for a hearing in the matter has still not been issued, that we have entertained this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

Respondent No. 4 shall issue notices to all the contesting parties in the said proceedings fled under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and ensure that the proceedings are decided on or before 15th October, 2022, by granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the contesting parties.
