Nobody present for the applicant. It appears that the matter is already dismissed as against respondent No.1 Arvind Pundlik Dhamne. Arvind Pundlik Dhamne had filed Writ Petition No.8686/2011 to challenge the order made by trial Court Judge and the Writ Petition was allowed by learned Single Judge of this Court. The said decision is to be challenged if the Civil Application filed for condonation of delay is allowed.
