The petitioner is the son of late Shamrao Babu Mohite. The name of his deceased father can be seen in the award, internal page No.7 at serial No.40 as Shamrao Babu Mohite. The amount of Rs.3139.50, as on 13th October, 1977, has apparently not been paid. He, therefore, prays that a representation dated 26th April, 2022 tendered by him may be decided by respondent No.2. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

The representation of the petitioner dated 26th April, 2022, which turns upon the acquisition proceedings in which the award was delivered in 1977, shall be decided by respondent No.2 by following
