SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 ORDER :- Registration of the Civil Revision Application stood cancelled under order of learned Registrar (Judicial), for want of removal of the office objections within stipulated time. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. He would submit that the delay caused in filing this application is not intentional. He would submit that the petition needs to be heard on merit, as it is in respect of compensation. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has caused appearance on notice.

Having regard to all aspects of the matter, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:- (i) Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicant to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. The delay caused in filing the present application stands condoned. If office objections are not removed within two weeks, the proceedings shall stand de-registered without further reference to the court. Costs of Rs.10,000/- will be the condition precedent for seeking further extension of time to remove the office objections.
