After this Petition was heard substantially, learned Counsel for Respondents/Original Plaintiffs makes statement that Plaintiffs would take steps to bring Respondent No. 9/Dagubai, widow of deceased Raghunath Trimbak Mahale. Such application would be filed before Trial Court on the next date of hearing. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner makes statement that such application would not be opposed by the Petitioner.

On such application be filed by the Plaintiff, Trial Court to allow such application. Dagubai be added as party Defendant to suit.
