Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the reasons and the contents in the civil application, the same appear to carry lot of force particularly having regard to that the applicants no. 1 and 2 are minor and their cause is being prosecuted by their mother - applicant no. 3 after death of their father.

Learned counsel for respondent opposes, however, veracity of the reasons in the application is not being countered by production of any material on record.
