The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The employer has issued notice to the petitioner to produce the validity certificate else adverse action would be taken. 2.

We have heard, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.09.2020.

In case, the respondent No. 3 has not take any adverse action against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned order dated 04.01.2020, then the respondent No. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
