The Petitioner has remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (for short 'Code'), which states that an appeal shall lie from any decision or order passed by a Revenue Officer under the Code to the Authority specified therein. Thereafter, further Appeal is also provided. The Code itself provides for various heads of the redressal mechanism. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

It is open for the Petitioner to avail the remedy as provided under Chapter XIII of the Code. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

In case, any issue of delay arises, we have no doubt that the Appellate Authority will consider the fact that the Petitioner has first filed Writ Petition in this Court.
