1) In spite of service of notices on Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, none appears for them.

2) Learned AGP places on record a communication dated 3rd September, 2015, issued by Sub Divisional Officer, Partur, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The said communication informs that the concerned file has been transferred to the office of Sub Divisional Officer. However, the application, on which reliance is placed by the petitioner in the instant matter, does not form part of the said file. In this view of the matter, it is desirable for the petitioner to tender a fresh

WP No. 6056/2015 application claiming rental compensation within specified period. The petitioner undertakes to present an application within a period of six weeks from today. On receipt of the application, the Sub Divisional officer, may consider the same and pass appropriate order determining rental compensation, if any, receivable by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months.

On determination of the amount of compensation, if the petitioner is held entitled to receive any amount, respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall disburse the amount so determined, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of determination.

3) With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
