We have heard Mr Vagal, learned Counsel for the applicant for some time.

Learned Counsel Mr Vagal has vehemently submitted that the applicant is in jail for a long period.

At present, we are taking up the matters of 2014, wherein the appellants/accused are in jail.

In view of the same, at present, we are not inclined to take this matter for final hearing. However, the applicant can renew her request after six months.
